2004 Kelly Legal began as MS Kelly & Co Solicitors when Sean Kelly acquired the small practice of a retiring solicitor in Mackay
2006 A separate conveyancing division Kelly Conveyancing is established, reflecting the firm’s commitment to providing high quality, service oriented residential conveyancing
2007 The practice merges with long-standing local firm Searles Solicitors and adopts the name Kelly Legal
2010  Following a restructure, Kelly Legal welcomes Directors Paul Kelly and Richard Callaghan who share in Sean’s vision to provide an exceptional standard of client focused legal services
2011 Kelly Legal expands with the opening of a second office in the Brisbane CBD
2014 Kelly Conveyancing rebrands to Property Law Centre offering all aspects of property law and related services in Mackay, Brisbane and across Queensland 
2019  Patrick Kelly is appointed as Director on 1 April 2019, having commenced with the firm in 2013. Patrick heads up the Brisbane office.
