Brooke Patterson

Brooke joined the Kelly Legal team in early 2019 after returning to her home town of Mackay with a Bachelor of Laws from James Cook University in Townsville.

Brooke worked in conveyancing within the Property Law Centre (PLC) team as she completed her practical legal training and was admitted as a Solicitor in November 2019.

Having provided leadership to the PLC team in her capacity as Conveyancing Manager and Lawyer for a number of years, Brooke was appointed as a Director of PLC and Kelly Legal in late 2022.  

Brooke assists clients through the process of buying or selling property, paying particular attention to special dates and details that make the experience as smooth as possible.

Clients work with Brooke for pre-contract advice, contract preparation, related party transfers, leases and all standard conveyancing needs.

Brooke is approachable, supportive and dedicated to providing the best quality, value and service in her everyday practice.

When Brooke isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or shooting off to enjoy the beautiful Whitsundays.
